About the role

  • Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and development
  • Assist with system testing, including test case creation and execution
  • Support change management activities such as documentation and user support
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of systems analysis and software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Experience documenting requirements using standard methodologies and tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working on IT or digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience with data analysis, integrations, or enterprise systems (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an asset (preferred)
