About the role
- Facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.
Requirements
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management certification
- Diploma or Certification in Business Analysis
- 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders
- 7 years’ experience performing or supporting change management activities in a healthcare environment
- 3 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role
- 5 years’ experience developing promotional material and communications to promote the adoption and use of a new information system in a healthcare environment
- 5 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a clinical environment
- 1 year of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems.
