Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on digital delivery, agile product development, and organizational transformation.
Assess and develop initiatives to grow and cultivate digital capability, capacity, and culture from a service transformation perspective.
Advise, coach, and lead product and platform teams throughout project lifecycles, from discovery and concept to production and continuous improvement.
Advise and coach executive leadership teams on organizational structure, governance, capacity building, policy, infrastructure, and culture to enable transformation.
Create and present options, frameworks, models, and executive briefings on digital transformation based on best and emerging practices.
Facilitate strategic conversations to align diverse stakeholder interests and goals.
Develop baseline and ongoing outcomes, key results, metrics, and other performance indicators.
Provide guidance on change management and scaling of transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience working with a dedicated public sector central digital office (e.g., government digital service or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ experience working on organizational development with a focus on digital transformation
5 years’ experience managing projects in an organization of comparable size and complexity
5 years’ experience leading an organization through a large-scale technology change impacting service delivery
