About the role
- Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues
- Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and/or resolve issues that may hinder them from maintaining a relationship with Workiva
- Uncover accounts that may be at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure
- Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the Workiva suite of products and services to create a customer belief that they must have Workiva products
- Naturally lead the renewal sales process to a close by understanding the competitive landscape and demonstrating Workiva's superior value proposition
- Review and validate installed base reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information to pursue accounts for renewal
- Maintain strong customer relationships to help grow the business
- Update customer relationship management tools regularly and timely manner
- Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis
- Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale and optimize profits
- Prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion
- Communicate regularly with a base of accounts that have the potential to increase subscriptions or XBRL services
Requirements
- High school/secondary school education
- 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals
- Associate’s degree (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Basic knowledge of Software as a Service business model
- Ability to work from home and be self-directed; scheduling own appointments
- Excellent time management and territory management skills
- Force Management training is a plus

- On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 76,000.00 - 114,000.00 USD Annual
