About the role
- Lead, coach, and scale a sustainable Solution Consulting organisation with high levels of team engagement
- Provide team members with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities
- Shape overarching strategies and empower the team to execute sales initiatives effectively
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing insights into account planning and pre-sales strategies
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align the Solution Consulting roadmap with global revenue targets
- Enable the successful structuring and delivery of the most complex, high-value platform deals
Requirements
- 12+ years of related career experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Sales Engineering within a technology organisation
- 8+ years of people management experience, including leading people managers
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience
