About the role
- Responsible for accounting, cash flow and liquidity planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare meaningful reports, dashboards and analyses for management and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in operational finance processes – you won’t just execute but help drive them
- Optimize and automate finance workflows, especially in a SaaS/startup environment
- Work closely with the founders and external partners such as tax advisors, banks and auditors
Requirements
- You have a degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Controlling) or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience – ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
- A strong hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Confident use of tools such as Stripe, Google Sheets and finance/controlling software (e.g., DATEV)
- Analytical and structured working style, with high quality standards and pragmatism
- Very good German and good English skills
