About the role
- Conduct product demos with qualified leads provided by the SDR team
- Own the entire sales cycle – from first contact to closing
- Actively manage the pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Management
- Analyze and optimize your sales KPIs
- Develop and refine sales processes and playbooks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS
- Strong HubSpot skills
- German at C2 level, English at least C1
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and closing orientation
- Structured, self-directed working style
- Team-player mindset and enthusiasm for shaping things proactively
