About the role
- Lead and coach a team of supply chain planning professionals
- Drive the development of global planning and procurement strategies
- Manage the S&OP process, including production and inventory planning
- Analyze and optimize relevant KPIs to increase efficiency
- Contribute to strategic projects, including digitalization and ERP enhancement
Requirements
- Commercial/business education with additional qualifications or equivalent background
- Several years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning or production planning
- Initial leadership experience in a comparable role
- Excellent SAP knowledge (MM/PP), strong Excel skills; BI experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, analytical and solution-oriented
- Fluent German & very good English
