About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project responsibility from A to Z: planning, controlling and successful delivery of IT projects, from kickoff to go-live
- Quality and budget management: ensuring project success by adhering to quality standards, budgets and deadlines
- Team leadership: motivating and coordinating cross-functional teams, both internal and external
- Stakeholder management: transparent communication and regular reporting to all project stakeholders
- Hands-on mentality: actively contributing to solution implementation in close collaboration with the business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Solid knowledge of the development and integration of application systems, interfaces and business processes
- Experience with agile project management methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Analytical thinking and a good understanding of complex IT system landscapes
- Strong communication skills at all levels, from developer teams to C-level
- Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style
