About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize the SAP S/4HANA system landscape, both on-premises and in the cloud
- Perform system updates, patches and release upgrades in coordination with business units
- Monitor system performance, analyze issues and resolve incidents
- Support planning and execution of migration projects toward SAP cloud solutions
- Ensure compliance and data security in collaboration with the IT security team
- Create and maintain documentation and provide user training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or vocational training in IT, ideally with a focus on SAP technologies
- Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Several years of experience administering SAP S/4HANA systems
- Solid knowledge of SAP Basis, cloud infrastructures (e.g., SAP on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and HANA databases
- Experience with system migrations, upgrades, and integrating cloud services
- Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
