About the role

  • You advise managers as a trusted partner on all people and organizational matters, ranging from individual employment-law decisions to strategic workforce planning.
  • You consult the assigned business units on employment and collective-bargaining law issues as well as on all HR-related topics—operational and strategic, depending on what is required.
  • You support reorganizations and structural changes from conception through labor-law implementation to guiding the managers affected.
  • You manage succession planning and talent development for key roles, proactively securing the organization’s future capability.
  • You work closely with the recruiting team and contribute as a subject-matter sparring partner for filling critical positions.
  • You drive the further development of HR processes, policies and standards—with a focus on ensuring improvements are actually implemented in practice.
  • You participate in cross-functional HR projects that go beyond day-to-day operations and have real impact on the overall organization.

Requirements

  • Degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or the Humanities, or a comparable qualification with a demonstrable track record in HR roles.
  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role; you know how to make an impact at leadership level.
  • Solid knowledge of employment and collective-bargaining law: you can navigate this area confidently without having to escalate every issue.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable to the situation: empathetic when required, clear and direct where it counts.
  • Structured, independent way of working with high quality standards and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ideally, experience with LOGA.
