Gather and analyze customer requirements in the Kubernetes environment
Design and build modern developer and platform solutions
Conduct workshops and strategy meetings to further develop existing platforms
Advise on architectural decisions regarding usability, scalability, and operations
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and integrate existing solutions
Provide long-term support and ongoing development of customer environments
Implement the designed cloud and container solutions at the customer site

Requirements

Completed degree in IT or vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik — System Integration) or a related field
Several years of experience in building, operating, and designing Kubernetes-based platforms (at least 2–3 years)
Confident demeanor with strong customer orientation and analytical thinking
Knowledge of integrating Kubernetes into enterprise environments
Experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises alternatives
Nice-to-have: experience with VMware
Excellent German and good English skills
