Manage, develop and monitor the IT security architecture (cloud, network, identities, applications)
Coordinate SIEM, SOC and TVM processes – including management of external partners
Implement regulatory requirements (KRITIS, NIS2, ISO 27001)
Contribute to security projects in the OT environment and in Azure Cloud
Establish and maintain technical guidelines and security processes
Provide security advisory for cloud, software, IoT and supplier assessments
Act as an interface to Governance, Risk Management and Compliance

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in IT security
Good knowledge of cloud security (Microsoft Azure)
Experience with SIEM/SOC environments and security architectures
Confident handling of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, BSI, NIS2, KRITIS
Strong communication skills, structured thinking and high degree of personal responsibility
Regular on-site team presence in Oldenburg: approx. 2 days every two weeks
Excellent German and good English skills
