In this role you will be the central point of contact for Mobile Device Management for educational institutions:
Administration and further development of MDM environments for iOS and Android devices
Supporting schools and school authorities with setup, rollout & support
Creating configurations, policies and workflows for secure device management
Analyzing requirements from practice and translating them into technical solutions
Close collaboration with support, development and educational contacts
Contributing to the ongoing development of an MDM solution that is used daily in the classroom

Requirements

Experience with Mobile Device Management (e.g. Apple School Manager, Android Enterprise, Intune or similar) in a development context (experience with PHP a plus)
Good knowledge of the iOS and/or Android ecosystems
Enjoy providing support and working collaboratively with educational institutions
Problem-solving skills, self-organization and the drive to make things genuinely better
Enthusiasm for digitally empowering schools and modernizing learning environments
