Consulting on core SAP ERP HCM functionalities: PA (Personnel Administration), PY (Payroll), PT (Personnel Time Management), OM (Organizational Management), PKP
Implementation, customizing, and process consulting
Preparation of concepts and delivery of workshops and training
Active contribution to internal development processes and knowledge transfer within the team
Familiarization with new technologies such as SAP S/4HANA or SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF)

Requirements

University degree or equivalent vocational training — career changers with an HR/IT background are welcome
Solid knowledge of SAP ERP HCM
Experience in (partial) project leadership and strong customer orientation
Strong communication skills and initiative
