About the role

  • Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure at central and decentralized sites using management software (WLAN, switches, NAC)
  • 2nd-level support and handling of requests via a ticketing system
  • Execution of IT and site projects, both as part of a team and independently
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents and fault diagnosis
  • Continuous optimization of processes and the IT infrastructure

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker/IT specialist, IT systems management clerk) or a comparable IT-related qualification; alternatively, equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in networks, firewalls and management software
  • Knowledge of telephone systems is desirable
  • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong service orientation, communication skills and team spirit
  • Business-fluent German, both spoken and written
