About the role
- Technical implementation & further development
- Development, maintenance and optimization of document templates and text modules in the output management system (kwsoft series M / Tonic)
- Implementation of templates of varying complexity — from standard cases to specialized scenarios in the insurance domain
- Collaboration with business units
- Close coordination with internal departments and application management for the design and technical implementation of new templates
- Maintenance and integration of placeholders, metadata and text modules — including operational support of the system during live operation
- Testing, deployment & support
- Execution of template tests including test case design, quality assurance and documentation
- Deployment in staging and production environments
- 2nd-level support in IT operations and coordination of 3rd-level support with software vendors and service providers
- Documentation & operations
- Creation and maintenance of technical runbooks and user manuals
- Continuous technical optimization of the document creation process as well as systematic troubleshooting
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in computer science, media informatics, technical documentation, communications or a related field
- Professional experience in output management, template design or document management
- Knowledge of output management systems such as M/TEXT, Tonic, Workbench or similar solutions
- Good technical understanding of XML, metadata mapping and interfaces
- Experience in rollout planning and test design for templates
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills when liaising with IT, business units and external partners
