About the role
- Design and evolve distributed fullstack architectures using React/Next.js + Node.js
- Shape API models (REST, GraphQL), data flows, and integration logic
- Drive the technical vision for scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
- Build highly performant user interfaces with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JS
- Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and complex logic in Node.js
- Implement advanced rendering (SSR/SSG/ISR, Server Components)
- Build PWAs and contribute to native application features where relevant
- Engineer systems for low latency, global distribution, and resilience
- Influence & Leadership: Mentor other engineers, lead discussions, challenge assumptions
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and UI/UX best practices
- Strong experience with REST & GraphQL API design
- Experience with PWAs and/or native apps
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL systems: MySQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB
- You understand system design: patterns, trade-offs, complexity
- You thrive in fast-scaling environments
