About the role

  • Responsible for a team of 5–6 employees within SAP in-house consulting
  • Support and further development of the SAP SD / Sales module in an S/4HANA environment
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes and implement system functionalities
  • Implement custom system adjustments
  • Work closely with the business units to develop and implement process optimizations in SAP
  • Support rollouts for international sales subsidiaries
  • Plan and execute system tests and document SAP processes

Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, or completed IT-related vocational training (e.g. Fachinformatiker)
  • Initial leadership experience desirable, or the motivation to develop into a management role
  • Relevant experience in SAP SD, particularly in Customizing, and a deep understanding of sales processes and their mapping in SAP
  • Business-fluent German (C1) and good English skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset, assertiveness, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills; structured way of working, team player, and proactive attitude
