Further development and architecture of the Microsoft 365 environment, with a focus on Microsoft Entra / Identity & Access Management
Planning and executing the migration of existing on-premises systems to cloud infrastructures
Ensuring and advancing the security architecture within Microsoft 365
Integrating and leveraging modern security solutions and monitoring tools
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 27001 security standards
Advising internal departments on secure, modern cloud and workplace solutions
Participating in strategic IT projects to modernize the global IT landscape

Requirements

Several years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or cloud infrastructure
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra / Azure AD / Identity & Access Management
Experience with M365 security features (e.g., Conditional Access, MFA, Defender)
Understanding of modern cloud and security architectures
Experience with compliance and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001) is a plus
Structured working style and interest in architecture and modernization topics
Good German and English language skills
