You design and implement automation solutions based on Ansible & AWX, covering everything from requirements analysis and development to production rollout.
You support existing customers in day-to-day operations, ensure smooth automation processes, and proactively drive optimizations.
You continuously deepen your expertise in IT automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps practices, and contribute your ideas directly to the further development of the solution portfolio.

Requirements

A completed degree in a STEM field or an equivalent qualification.
A passion for analyzing and automating complex IT environments.
Experience with Linux/Windows, scripting languages, and containers.
Experience with Ansible, IaC tools, Kubernetes, or cloud environments is a plus.
Very good German skills (C1) and proficiency in English.
You work reliably, independently, and communicate effectively — and you enjoy not only executing tasks but also thinking along and contributing ideas.
