About the role

  • Independent development, enhancement and optimization of SAP applications in the S/4HANA environment, from requirements gathering to productive go‑live
  • Implementation of technical requirements in close coordination with SAP teams and business units
  • Use of modern technologies: ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS-Views, BOPF, OData services, UI5/Fiori, interface and enhancement concepts
  • Responsibility for technical analysis, troubleshooting, performance optimization and ensuring stable SAP processes
  • Participation in international rollouts, system migrations, upgrades and S/4HANA transformations

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in SAP development
  • Experience developing SAP solutions, ideally in the S/4HANA environment; ABAP/ABAP OO skills are essential
  • Experience with CDS-Views, BOPF, OData services, enhancement techniques (BAdIs, User Exits) and SAP Fiori/SAP UI5 is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP SD, MM, LE or EWM and an interest in learning new modules
  • Analytical mindset, structured and solution-oriented working style, and a team player attitude
  • Very good German language skills (C1) and good English skills
