About the role
- You will not only establish our Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) but also ensure they deliver real impact and continuous improvement
- You identify and document risks precisely, and develop tailored, realistic emergency plans
- You lead the crisis management team in challenging situations and turn emergency exercises into valuable learning opportunities
- You plan and facilitate test scenarios, derive actions and drive change
- In security-related incidents you act as the coordinating voice, keeping calm and taking decisive action
- You support audits with confident preparation and presence
- Through your continuous maintenance and optimization, the Incident Response Plan (IRP) will become your passion project
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT, security or a related field
- Several years of experience in information security, experience building an ISMS and ideally initial experience establishing a BCM
- Experience with ISO 27001
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
- Very good German and good English to communicate confidently with interdisciplinary teams
- Independent, structured and pragmatic working style, with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
