About the role

  • Preparation of forecasts, reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses
  • Participation in KPI development, quarterly projections, and short- and medium-term planning processes
  • Support for medium-term and three-year planning for national and international group companies
  • Collaboration on annual and consolidated financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
  • Independently prepare materials for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board, including commentary
  • Responsibility for the cash flow statement and central KPI systems in the context of the annual financial statements
  • Further development of the controlling landscape, reporting structures, and financial processes
  • Point of contact for auditors domestically and internationally and close coordination with internal departments

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling, or an equivalent commercial qualification with further training
  • Several years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in an internationally oriented company
  • Structured, independent, and analytical working style
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Desirable: experience with DATEV, Rechnungswesen Pro, IDL Konsis, or similar systems
  • Enjoyment of project work, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills
