About the role

  • Act as WorkFusion’s bridge between Global Support and Production Support teams
  • Develop success plans for customers
  • Prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in a customer facing services role (consulting or account management)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Business or technical degree preferred

  • Functional domain expertise with Technical Support
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers
