Support Engineer

• Provide Tier II technical support for Power BI, including datasets, data models, reports, dashboards, gateways, and related analytics solutions, leveraging IS resources and escalating Tier III issues as needed.
• Monitor and support daily data refreshes and integrations between internal and external data sources used by Power BI.
• Escalate and communicate issues as needed.
• Assist in completing configuration changes, dataset adjustments, DAX modifications, Power Query (M) updates, and report changes when requested by end users and approved by product owners.
• Assist in developing new Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models under the direction of BI developers, including supporting self-service BI users and working directly with Product Owners to build standardized templates and department or enterprise-level analytics solutions.
• Assist in developing and distributing end user communications, such as Knowledge Base Articles and FAQs on SharePoint help sites, providing a consistent communications channel and self-service options to the user community related to Power BI usage and best practices.
• Assist in developing Power BI training materials and programs.
• Perform training for users on supported Power BI capabilities, including report usage, self-service analytics, and data interpretation.
• Execute unit testing for new Power BI reports, datasets, data models, and enhancements, ensuring that testing evidence is documented for change management purposes.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Power BI Technical Support Specialist

• Provides technical support for standard configurations of workstations, personal computers and associated hardware and software.
• Troubleshoots standard software and hardware questions, issues, problems and failures via telephone, chat or tickets.
• Identifies complex issues, questions and problems and refers them to more senior staff or other IT groups for investigation and resolution.
• Screens, diagnoses and resolves or refers specific assigned inquiries and work requests received via phone, chat or tickets related to maintenance of personal computers, workstations, software and associated hardware; refers those requests to appropriate IT staff for resolution.
• May work with other members of the staff to resolve more complex matters.
• Works to develop an understanding of standard issues, questions and problems with standard workstations, personal computers, software and associated hardware and the resolutions to those matters.
• Follows policies, procedures and standards in responding to end user requests and providing end user support.
• Documents and reports all service requests and their outcome, following standard procedures and practices.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate and assigned.

Service Desk Agent – Technical Support

Data Analyst

• Execute and fulfill data preservation requirements as identified by the A&D project for electronically stored information which may include O365 applications and resources, hard drives, hard drive backup applications, and other identified custodial based data sources
• Ability to work with and manage potentially high volume of data; and high volume of project related records and requirements
• Maintain detailed records for all data preservations, including the operations that were performed and the date and format of data preserved
• Utilize industry standard electronic discovery and data forensic hardware and software to ensure data integrity
• Active communication with and delivery of status updates to project managers and business partners
• Use of the following tools: EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, O365 Security & Compliance Center, hard drive cloning operations, and other tools as required
• Communicate professionally and effectively with project managers, business partners, and project leads
• Process all preservations according to established intake processes and internal guidelines
• Adhere to strict timelines as dictated by project needs

eDiscovery Data Analyst

• Coordinate and deliver end user technical support for the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), leveraging IS support systems and procedures.
• Provide Tier II technical support for Power Apps, Power Automate, and internal apps and solutions built using the Power Platform, leveraging IS resources and escalating Tier III issues as needed.
• Monitor and support daily interfaces between internal and external systems.
• Escalate and communicate issues as needed.
• Assist in completing configuration, script changes and solution changes when requested by end users and approved by product owners.
• Assist in developing new solutions built with the Power Platform under the direction of application developers, including guiding Citizen Developers when building their own solutions and working directly with Product Owners to build templates or department and enterprise-level solutions.
• Assist in developing and distributing end user communications, such as Knowledge Base Articles, FAQs on SharePoint help sites, providing a consistent communications channel and self-service options to the user community.
• Assist in developing training materials and programs.
• Perform training to users on different areas of supported systems.
• Execute unit testing for new system functionality and upgrades, ensuring that testing evidence is documented for change management purposes.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
