About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience partnering closely with CRM and marketing automation teams.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle journeys, triggers, segmentation, and user signals.
  • Demonstrated experience driving personalization and experience intelligence.
  • Strong experience and performance orientation.
