About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership of new prospect engagement and student onboarding
Collaborates with Sr. Enrollment Leader to develop and execute enrollment strategies
Monitors progress against forecast and ensures high-quality service delivery
Provides strategic oversight of day-to-day enrollment operations
Actively leads recruitment, hiring, training, and development of new team members
Coaches and develops Associate Directors, Team Leads, and Enrollment Advisors/Specialists
Completes all required documentation thoroughly
Partners with campus leadership to ensure appropriate resources, staffing, and support are in place
Designs and enhances processes, systems, and tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
Master's degree preferred
Seven (7) years Enrollment, Admissions, or Sales/Operations experience
Five (5) years leadership experience preferred
Experience in higher education preferred
Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
