About the role
- Drive the success of digital marketing campaigns by providing operational support.
- Ensure campaigns launch accurately, pace to plan, and deliver reporting.
- Manage setup, delivery, pacing, troubleshooting, and ongoing status updates with vendors.
- Upload and traffic creative assets; coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain media calendars and launch timelines; assist with budget updates.
- Initiate and manage incrementality, brand lift, and audience studies.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a marketing operations role supporting paid media vendors and/or campaign operations (agency, in-house, or vendor-side).
- Demonstrated experience with creative trafficking, launch QA, pacing, and vendor communication workflows.
- Strong operational discipline: detail orientation, deadline management, and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working in spreadsheets/trackers and maintaining clean reporting inputs.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
