About the role
- Provide high-level administrative, project, and operational support to the SVP, CHRO
- Manage complex projects and ensure effective communication
- Organize Board of Trustees’ Executive Committee compensation review
- Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports for Board of Trustees
- Develop and maintain the HR SharePoint site
- Handle invoicing, credit card reconciliation, and event management support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combined experience and education)
- Four (4) years’ relevant experience
- Work experience in higher education, preferred
- Project Management
- Problem-solving skills
- Advanced technology proficiency
