About the role

  • Provide high-level administrative, project, and operational support to the SVP, CHRO
  • Manage complex projects and ensure effective communication
  • Organize Board of Trustees’ Executive Committee compensation review
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports for Board of Trustees
  • Develop and maintain the HR SharePoint site
  • Handle invoicing, credit card reconciliation, and event management support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combined experience and education)
  • Four (4) years’ relevant experience
  • Work experience in higher education, preferred
  • Project Management
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Advanced technology proficiency
