About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You demonstrate the significant advantages newcomers bring to companies
- You help make the German labor market more diverse, sustainable and fair
- You will find established sales structures and effective lead-generation channels with us, which we will now scale together with you
- Your responsibilities include: building and maintaining long-term relationships with employers across different industries, from small businesses to DAX corporations
- That means you acquire new clients and also manage them long-term
- Continuous development and optimization of Revenue Operations and sales processes
- Further development and, if applicable, implementation of lead generation together with our marketing team
- Identification of multipliers for our sales network
- Negotiation of contracts and partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally you already have relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in recruiting/HR would be a plus
- You bring drive and have demonstrated this in the past
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and very good English skills are essential
- You are a team player, exude positive energy and can convey it to others both externally and internally
