About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You demonstrate the significant advantages newcomers bring to companies
  • You help make the German labor market more diverse, sustainable and fair
  • You will find established sales structures and effective lead-generation channels with us, which we will now scale together with you
  • Your responsibilities include: building and maintaining long-term relationships with employers across different industries, from small businesses to DAX corporations
  • That means you acquire new clients and also manage them long-term
  • Continuous development and optimization of Revenue Operations and sales processes
  • Further development and, if applicable, implementation of lead generation together with our marketing team
  • Identification of multipliers for our sales network
  • Negotiation of contracts and partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally you already have relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in recruiting/HR would be a plus
  • You bring drive and have demonstrated this in the past
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and very good English skills are essential
  • You are a team player, exude positive energy and can convey it to others both externally and internally
