About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with employers across various industries
- Continuously developing and optimizing revenue operations and sales processes
- Further developing and, where applicable, implementing lead generation initiatives together with the marketing team
- Identifying referral partners and multipliers for the sales network
- Negotiating contracts and partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally, relevant experience in B2B sales, particularly in recruiting/HR
- Drive and a proven track record of success in previous roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
- Very good command of English
- A team player with positive energy and the ability to convey it to others
