About the role
- Provide operating and administrative support to senior leaders, shaping and executing long-term strategic change.
- Implementation of Target Operating Model, business development, and financial and non-financial resource allocation.
- Strategic support to and oversight of demand pipeline and the book of work.
- Support to and guidance for operational efficiency and colleague/customer/client experience.
- Management of people plan, talent development, and succession planning.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders, management of communication channels.
- Participation in compliance activities and support for crisis management and risk mitigation.
- Management of all organisational/team requirements relating to technology, real estate, people, and communications.
- Cost control and workforce management of the Business/Function.
Requirements
- Experience in internal communications within a large, complex or group-based organisation.
- Proven ability to deliver communications that align with group strategies and reinforce a culture of high performance, inclusion, and customer-centricity.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in designing and implementing measurement frameworks focused on team and customer/client outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and strategic mindset, with a track record of building effective relationships across all levels of the business.
