About the role

  • Provide operating and administrative support to senior leaders, shaping and executing long-term strategic change.
  • Implementation of Target Operating Model, business development, and financial and non-financial resource allocation.
  • Strategic support to and oversight of demand pipeline and the book of work.
  • Support to and guidance for operational efficiency and colleague/customer/client experience.
  • Management of people plan, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders, management of communication channels.
  • Participation in compliance activities and support for crisis management and risk mitigation.
  • Management of all organisational/team requirements relating to technology, real estate, people, and communications.
  • Cost control and workforce management of the Business/Function.

Requirements

  • Experience in internal communications within a large, complex or group-based organisation.
  • Proven ability to deliver communications that align with group strategies and reinforce a culture of high performance, inclusion, and customer-centricity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in designing and implementing measurement frameworks focused on team and customer/client outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and strategic mindset, with a track record of building effective relationships across all levels of the business.
