About the role

  • Manage the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Management of the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, and other accounting records.
  • Support in identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, and report on these financial risks to senior colleagues.
  • Development and maintenance of a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets.
  • Development and implementation of up-to-date financial policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective financial practices.

Requirements

  • Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA preferred.
  • Finance technology familiarity.
  • Experience in sub‑ledger implementations and modern Finance platforms & regulatory awareness.
  • Understanding of evolving regulatory expectations relating to data quality, governance, and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset.
  • Ability to bring innovation, challenge status‑quo, and drive automation.
