About the role
- Assess the integrity and effectiveness of the banks internal control framework
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve overall control effectiveness
- Identify and investigate potential weaknesses within internal controls
- Develop reports to communicate key findings from risk assessment
- Execute reviews to determine effectiveness of internal controls
- Implementation of adherence to the Barclays Controls Framework
Requirements
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent stakeholder management at Senior Barclays Level (D/MD)
- Experience of Barclays risk and control environment
- Minimum Qualification – bachelor’s degree
- Self starter with ability to prioritise own workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of the IB / or Technology
