About the role
- Design, develop and improve software for business, platform, and technology capabilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability
Requirements
- 8 + years of experience in software quality assurance
- Test case development, and execution across manual and automated testing
- Experience in QA Automation and ShiftLeft methodology - Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance methodologies
- Establish testing standards, best practices, and metrics for measuring quality
- Liaison between Stakeholders - technical team and stakeholders
- Exposure on NFT testing (JMeter / LoadRunner ) is a plus
- Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
- Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts accordingly
