Develop business capabilities for Finance through functional design, data, process and controls, delivery, and functional testing
Design conceptual data model
Align process and controls design/documentation
Update design/functional requirements throughout development cycle
Develop scripts and data for testing
Lead MI reporting processes and ensure data integrity across systems
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
Communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders

Requirements

Experience in Finance MI reporting or development within banking or credit card/financial services
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting technologies, including Python, SAS, SQL, Essbase, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and VBA
Familiarity with Oracle and AWS is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field, or progressive experience in Finance, MIS, or similar roles
Governance and control mindset, with experience maintaining process documentation, reconciliation, validation procedures, and compliance for MI reporting
