About the role
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimise and improve IT service management processes
- Development, implementation and maintenance of IT service processes
- Communication of all process changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders
- Development of KPIs and analysis of data from various sources
- Collaboration with the bank to assess their needs
- Provision of training and education to IT staff and stakeholders
- Identify and manage risk and control issues
Requirements
- Deep ServiceNow HAM/SAM expertise (modules, ACLs, workflows)
- Strong data management and MI reporting skills
- Agile Product Ownership experience
- Integration experience with CMDB, Product Lifecycle Catalogue, and ITOM Discovery
- Cost optimization and vendor management knowledge
- Experience with risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology.
