About the role
- Manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the banks operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers and SMEs to support business operation team
- Develop and implement change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies
- Manage and develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in guiding large scale transformation programs within a multi layered, matrixed organization
- A commanding executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across diverse teams
- Proficiency in strategic planning, program governance, and benefit realization for enterprise projects
- Lean Kaizen / Six Sigma experience, certification desired
- Background in financial services or regulated industries with an understanding of compliance and risk frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across global teams.
