About the role

  • Develop business capabilities for Finance through key stages of functional design, data, end-to-end-process and controls, delivery, and functional testing.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.
  • Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function.
  • Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives.
  • Identify new directions for assignments and/or projects and provide advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.
  • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Drive process optimization and transformation across the organization.

Requirements

  • Process improvement, change management, or similar transformation role experience
  • Knowledge of process diagnostic frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategies, and strategy documentation
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and process mapping software
  • Remarkable communication and project management skills, particularly in matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated success working in teams or squads on highly detailed projects
  • Considerable problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Experience with large-scale transformations or business architecture methodologies.
