About the role
- To lead and manage engineering teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
- Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization
- Mentor and support team members' professional growth
- Evaluation and enhancement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies
- Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Enforcement of technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices
Requirements
- Experienced Delivery / Engineering Manager with Data Engineering & (or) Cloud Native solutions background
- Background of Executing multi year technology road map, balancing between short term vs mid to long term tech & business strategy
- Exposure to Stakeholder management roles, negotiating conflicts & influencing stakeholders
- Experienced in managing large teams, creating a high-performance culture, nurture junior talent & promote an innovation in engineering practices
