About the role
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of NSAW, FDI, and OAC solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience domains.
- Design and configure data pipelines, data models, KPIs, and dashboards that support strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture analytics requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
- Integrate data from NetSuite, Fusion Applications, Salesforce, AS/400, and other enterprise systems into NSAW/OAC.
- Optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, scalability, and governance.
- Drive data quality, security, and compliance across analytics solutions.
- Provide thought leadership on modern analytics practices (AI/ML integration, predictive insights, embedded analytics).
- Mentor and guide junior team members in data modeling, report development, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
- at least 3+ years hands-on in NSAW, OAC, and FDI
- Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and KPI development
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM data structures and NetSuite data models
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT design, and data integration tools
- Experience in dashboards, self-service reporting, and visualization best practices
- Strong knowledge of cloud data architecture and data governance
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics within Oracle ecosystem is a plus.
