About the role

  • Identify and build communities: support existing networks and establish new ones (e.g., our "HR Coffee Roulette").
  • Grow communities: strengthen the "HR Coffee Roulette" in particular through marketing activities and engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Manage partner communities: coordinate marketing initiatives with partners, act as a point of contact, and support community growth.
  • Speak with users: understand motivations and the use of Workdate, collect feedback, and design and analyze surveys.
  • Identify power users: build and maintain a network of ambassadors.
  • Build and develop a customer community: establish and promote a Workdate community for all customers.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field.
  • The official degree must have been completed within the last 24 months.
  • Experience in community management, marketing, or customer success—ideally in SaaS or HR.
  • Strong communication and networking skills, and enjoyment in engaging with people.
  • Understanding of digital communities, social media (especially LinkedIn), and community-growth strategies.
  • Creativity and a good sense for content and storytelling to drive engagement.
  • Independent, structured working style in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
