Frontend Engineer

• Backend & APIs (Django): Build and continuously evolve backend systems and APIs in Django
• Own architecture decisions: scalability, reliability, maintainability
• Implement features in the React frontend (UI, state management, integration)
• Improve performance and developer experience
• Design clean interfaces between frontend and backend
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Apply clean code practices, design patterns, and system design consistently
• Refactor large parts of the codebase to improve long-term maintainability — using modern tools such as Claude
• Systematically expand testing/QA (unit, integration, end-to-end tests, depending on the area)
• Actively use and evolve AI-assisted development workflows to iterate faster, increase quality, and automate processes
