About the role

Structure and support the implementation of the QA area
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of solutions
Define quality processes, workflows and standards
Execute manual tests on web, mobile and API systems
Create and maintain test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
Validate new features prior to releases in web and mobile environments
Report bugs clearly, organized and with reproducible steps
Work alongside developers from the specification stage
Support the definition of acceptance criteria (DoD/DoR)
Provide technical and functional support to internal users, analyzing and reproducing reported issues
Create QA documentation and best practices
Identify quality risks and propose process improvements
Validate deliveries before production deploy
Track fixes and ensure no regressions
Use test management and documentation tools
Ensure tickets are created for the designated technical team with an appropriate problem description.

Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in QA Engineer or Software Tester roles
Experience with automated testing and manual testing (functional, regression and integration)
Prior experience structuring a QA area or QA processes
Ability to produce documentation
Experience with test management and documentation tools
Experience working with software development teams
Basic knowledge of REST APIs
Familiarity with Git
Attention to detail and critical thinking
Good communication and organizational skills.
