About the role

  • We’re looking for a **Full Stack Engineer** to join our clients' team in Pilar.
  • You’ll play a key role in developing both a **mobile application** and the **underlying infrastructure** that powers it.
  • This is an opportunity to work end-to-end — from crafting intuitive UIs in React Native.

Requirements

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using **React Native + Expo**.
  • Build and optimize backend APIs using **NestJS/ExpressJS** with PostgreSQL and Redis.
  • Ensure reliability and scalability of the system using **Docker** and IaC tools like Terraform.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues across the full stack.
  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • +4 years of experience in **full stack development**, ideally in TypeScript environments.
  • Proven experience building and shipping **mobile applications** with React Native (Expo experience is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of **backend development** with Node.js frameworks like NestJS or ExpressJS.
  • Understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure best practices.
  • A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and eagerness to work in a startup-style environment.
  • **Nice-to-Have**
  • Experience working on financial or data-heavy applications.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL or other modern API architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tooling or observability practices (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.).
