About the role

Design and implement Gen AI solutions for voice agents, backend automation, and other efficiency-driven projects.
Research, prototype, and integrate existing AI tools and frameworks to solve business problems.
Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready.
Collaborate with the core team while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Adapt across projects, applying creative thinking and hands-on execution to diverse challenges.
Contribute to ongoing BPO and contact center AI projects at Inktel.

4+ years as a backend software engineer preferably working with Python.
Proven experience working with AI-driven solutions (focus on implementation, not research).
Hands-on experience with enterprise level projects using scalable and secure technologies.
Ability to rapidly research, evaluate, and integrate new tools and technologies.
Strong understanding of GenAI trends and tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to “hold your own” in a small, dynamic team.
