About the role
- Proactive, empathetic Talent Success Partner focused on reducing churn and increasing engagement.
- Build strong relationships with talent, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and connected.
- Run regular 1:1s with talent to monitor climate, satisfaction, and performance.
- Spot early warning signs of disengagement and act before they escalate.
- Share insights with Account Managers and BDMs to detect bottlenecks and uncover new opportunities.
- Create reports and climate insights that help leadership see risks and trends clearly.
- Foster a supportive, high-performance environment where talent grows and thrives.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, or community roles.
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and consultant challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English (Spanish/Portuguese is a big plus).
