Requirements

  • Build and maintain user-facing features in our stack (Node.js, React.js, PHP legacy migration).
  • Explore, test, and integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, embeddings, agents, etc.) into real product features.
  • Deliver fast MVPs and prototypes to validate ideas and bring value quickly.
  • Stay curious: experiment, iterate, and translate early concepts into production-ready code.
  • 5+ years as a fullstack or backend-heavy developer.
  • Strong production experience with Node.js (Express/Nest) and ideally React.js.
  • Ability to work with PHP legacy code during migration.
  • Hands-on with Docker, REST APIs, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • 2+ years applying AI tools in real projects (not just experiments or theory).
  • Experience delivering MVPs quickly and iterating based on feedback.
  • A maker mindset: you balance curiosity and exploration with execution and delivery.
  • You’re a developer first: clean code, working features, and impact over perfection.
  • You treat AI as a tool, not hype — and know how to make it useful.
  • You’re proactive, self-driven, and thrive in uncertain or evolving environments.
  • You enjoy being a senior voice in tech conversations while remaining hands-on.
