About the role
- Location: Fully Remote - LATAM
- Seasoned accountant with strong technical orientation and continuous improvement mindset to streamline and scale accounting operations.
- Central role in daily accounting tasks, accurate monthly closings, and consolidation of financial statements across subsidiaries and parent company.
- Design and implement robust, scalable accounting processes, including simple automations (SQL, applied AI, advanced spreadsheet formulas, Zapier/N8N).
- Ensure tax and accounting compliance across jurisdictions, collaborating with external advisors as needed.
- Serve as technical accounting point of contact during external audits, delivering validated, well‑documented financial information.
Requirements
- Graduate in Accounting, with experience leading or executing full financial closings.
- Experience working with intercompany balances and consolidations within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, logical functions, and data management.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and effective at interpersonal communication.
- Intermediate English
